Excellent job! I really like how you had an employee stand in the loss location. This was perfect to show what it looks like with a person at the actual fall area. Much better than the tape measure that others use. All photos were in focus. There was a wide variety from many different angles. Measurements were a nice touch. Also like that you took a picture showing the location of the surveillance video. Great job!

So unexpected I must say. I have been dealing with appraisal company’s taking photos and delivery such poor quality. I didn’t even ask for height measurements, and your representative took the initiative to take multiple height photos so I can actually see the numbers on the tape measure, and documents unrelated damages for us to see. Thanks so much!
